J-30 May 10, 1971 -- 8 cent Eisenhower Definitive. This issue places emphasis on the General as President of the United States. The painting is of the central portion of the Presidential Seal. The numis is the Philadelphia Mint bronze medal portraying President Eisenhower. A matching mint stamp is mounted in the reverse of the cover. 30 produced.
